• Represented an oil & gas company in its billion-dollar commercial arbitration regarding the construction of a U.S. Gulf Coast LNG liquefaction facility and the related long-term offtake agreement. *

• Represented CCA Construction, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, in various contested matters in its strategic Chapter 11 case, which arose from CCA’s high-stakes dispute with BML Properties, Ltd. concerning the Baha Mar resort project. *
