COVID-19 Policy Statement for U.S. Offices:

Throughout the pandemic, Dorsey has prioritized the health and safety of our people. Lawyer and most staff roles have resumed working in U.S. offices on a hybrid basis. We have implemented and enforced COVID-19 workplace safety rules consistent with CDC guidelines, U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA), and state/local laws.

COVID-19 Policy Statement for New York Office:

New York City continues to be covered by the Order of the Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene to Require COVID-19 Vaccination in the Workplace. While the Order remains in effect, Dorsey will continue to require that New York personnel be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to work on site in the New York office. We will also continue to ask new hires to provide documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination status. As required by state and federal laws, Dorsey will provide reasonable accommodations related to the Order to individuals who are not vaccinated for medical reasons or due to a sincerely held religious belief or practice. Requests for medical or religious accommodations related to the order for personnel who are not fully vaccinated should be requested in time to be processed prior to your start date.
