Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, Dorsey has placed a high priority on the health and safety of our people. Dorsey personnel must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 – and provide documentation of their vaccination status – to work onsite in a U.S. office (subject to applicable state laws while OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard regarding COVID-19 vaccination is under court review). Being unvaccinated is not a bar to employment – Dorsey will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals who cannot be vaccinated for medical or sincerely-held religious reasons. Dorsey expects lawyers and many staff roles to resume working in U.S. offices on at least a 50% basis on January 18, 2022.
