COVID-19 Policy Statement for U.S. Offices:

Throughout the pandemic, Dorsey has prioritized the health and safety of our people. Dorsey personnel who are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19* must test negative for COVID-19 via an at-home rapid test each day that they will work onsite in a U.S. office. This testing requirement applies regardless of the reason someone is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Lawyer and most staff roles have resumed working in U.S. offices on a hybrid basis. Requests for medical or religious accommodations related to Dorsey’s COVID-19 testing requirement for personnel who are not fully vaccinated should be requested in time to be processed prior to your start date.

*Under Dorsey policy, an individual is fully-vaccinated for COVID-19 if they have (1) completed a single or two-dose vaccine series; and (2) received at least one COVID-19 booster when they are able to be boosted under CDC guidelines: COVID-19 Vaccine Boosters | CDC.
