DALE ASSISTS CLIENTS WITH CORPORATE LAW AND SECURITIES MATTERS.
As an associate in Dorsey’s corporate group, Dale helps clients achieve their business goals through assistance with corporate law and securities matters. Dale assists public company clients with various securities matters, including initial public offerings, the establishment and maintenance of at-the-market offerings, and public offerings of debt. Dale also assists public company clients with compliance and corporate governance matters. In addition to Dale’s work with public companies, Dale also assists private companies with financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate governance matters.
