50 South Sixth Street Ramp Information (Ramp entrance is marked by a large blue 'parking circle' (blue with a white 'P' in the center):
Clients should be instructed to go to the "Dorsey & Whitney LLP Client Parking" sign on Level 3 of the ramp and press the silver “call” button. A Dorsey console operator will confirm their identity and allow them access. The Client will not receive a parking ticket. Clients may park in any spot labeled "client parking."
Clients should follow the sign to the Dorsey elevator and go to the 15th floor which is the main reception area. The receptionist will notify the Dorsey employee that their client is in the reception area.
When departing, the client should push P3 in the elevator. When leaving the parking area, the exit gate will automatically open when approached.
If for some reason all Client Parking spaces on level P3 are in use, the client should proceed back to the exit gate, take a right turn, and enter the public parking area on floors P4 through P8. The client will be required to take a parking ticket and should be instructed to bring the ticket to the 15th floor receptionist for complimentary parking validation.
Access from the public parking areas to Dorsey’s floors can be achieved either through level P3 of the Parking Ramp or through level 1 of the building lobby and then proceeding to the 15-24 elevator bank.
Whenever possible, please alert the 15th floor reception desk prior to the client’s arrival.
Dorsey will validate event parking on levels 4-8 of the 50 South Sixth ramp. Enter on Sixth Street between Hennepin Avenue and Nicollet Mall. Please do not park in the Dorsey Client Parking section on Level 3.
