Partner Erin Bryan has been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2023 Fellows Program. Associates Joice Varughese and Dale Williams have been selected for the 2023 LCLD Pathfinder Program.

The LCLD is a national organization comprised of general counsels at leading businesses and organizations, as well as managing partners of major law firms.

The LCLD Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys with General Counsel and Managing Partners from preeminent organizations for a yearlong, multi-tiered professional development series. The program offers unique value to leadership-oriented, mid-career attorneys with exclusive opportunities to network with and learn from the top leaders in the legal field.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of the program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

“This is a respected opportunity for Fellows to sharpen their skills as recognized leaders and for Pathfinders to grow and build relationships through training and experiential learning,” said Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney, Bill Stoeri. “Congratulations to Erin, Joice, and Dale for their selections to these valuable LCLD programs.”

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. For information, visit www.lcldnet.org.
