Overview

Tina helps clients drive their business forward through capital markets, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolutions.

Tina is an attorney in Dorsey’s Beijing office. She regularly assists clients on PRC-related capital market and corporate matters including securities offering, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Tina guides issuers and underwriters through reorganization structuring, due diligence, and regulatory approval processes in relation to PRC-related overseas IPO. She also helps clients in a variety of cross-border investment matters and resolves commercial and civil disputes including international commercial arbitrations, U.S. commercial and real estate litigation, and mediation matters.

Before joining Dorsey, Tina worked in major Chinese law firms in Beijing and Shenzhen.
