JOHN ASSISTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COMPANY CLIENTS BY PROVIDING PRACTICAL ADVICE ON SECURITIES COMPLIANCE, M&A TRANSACTIONS, EQUITY FINANCINGS, AND GENERAL CORPORATE MATTERS.

John has a broad corporate practice and routinely advises businesses of all sizes on investment transactions, buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters.  He also supports Canadian and other non-U.S. clients regarding access to the U.S. capital markets and U.S. securities law issues.

John enjoys learning about the unique business considerations of each client and leverages his prior in-house experience to provide efficient and actionable advice.
