Overview

ALYSON’S PRACTICE FOCUSES ON THE FINANCING, LEASING, SALE AND ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY, HELPING CLIENTS IMPLEMENT THEIR REAL ESTATE GOALS.

She represents clients in the healthcare, banking, energy and retail industries and regularly provides support to corporate clients in all matters affecting real property.

From construction loans to permanent loans, Alyson drafts and negotiates documents for all types of financing transactions. She has led several multi-state, multi-property financing transactions on behalf of lenders and borrowers. Alyson regularly represents clients in their acquisition of real property, including resolution of complex title matters. She often assists large and small tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions across the country.

Representative Transactions

  • Alyson closed multiple purchase and sale transactions for a Fortune 100 company, successfully negotiating favorable purchase and sale documents and solving access issues for the client. In addition, she analyzed complex leasing issues as the company prepared its exit strategies for facilities across the country.
  • In connection with a healthcare organization’s bond refinancing, Alyson worked with municipal agencies and other third parties to complete a re-platting of its property to accommodate improvements to an existing facility.
  • She has represented a healthcare organization and a medical device corporation in the expansion of their companies, leading the acquisition of multiple office buildings in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, each involving detailed analysis of tenant matters and development restrictions at the properties.
  • Alyson was the primary real estate contact in the successful closing of multiple loan refinancing transactions for a large retail client, involving more than 100 properties, including resolution of complicated title and survey matters.
  • She continually represents a healthcare company and financial institution with their nationwide leasing transactions and lease administration matters.
  • Alyson led a real estate team assisting an energy company with the real estate components of its acquisition of multiple wind energy projects.
  • For its new company headquarters, a small business owner hired Alyson to negotiate the construction loan documents, paving the way for the expansion of the company’s services.
