Dorsey & Whitney LLP represented Northwest Grain Growers in its merger with Mid Columbia Producers, Inc. to form one of the largest grain cooperatives in the Pacific Northwest on June 1, 2025.
Northwest Grain Growers (NWGG) is a farmer-owned Pacific Northwest agricultural cooperative headquartered in Walla Walla, Washington, with 2,200 members, 50 grain facilities, and four seed plants. Based in Moro, Oregon, Mid Columbia Producers is a farmer-owned cooperative that contributed 700 members, 15 facilities, and another four seed plants to the combined organization.
