James advises clients on a full range of corporate law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity financings.

James has particular experience advising domestic and overseas clients on cross-border M&A and public-to-private takeovers, with a focus on the technology and energy & natural resources sectors.

James is also experienced in advising banks and issuers on flotations and secondary issues.
