Overview
James advises clients on a full range of corporate law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market and private fundraising transactions.
James has particular experience advising domestic and overseas clients on cross-border M&A and public-to-private takeovers, with a focus on the technology and business services sectors.
James is also experienced in advising on the rules relating to UK-listed company transactions and general corporate governance matters.
