Bianca Tillman

As an associate in Dorsey’s technology commerce group, Bianca works with a range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions. As a member of the Dorsey’s Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Social Media group Bianca supports clients in developing privacy and security programs, privacy policies, and understanding the legal/business risks related to the processing of personal and proprietary information, and other commercial and technology transactions. If and when security incidents occur, Bianca is a confident, calm, and reliable member of any crisis response team. Her attention to detail and excellent research and drafting skills help her clients feel supported and reassured.

Bianca enjoys learning about and integrating the unique business considerations of each client. Her practice supports clients in various transactional and compliance matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts to navigating the domestic and international privacy landscape.

Bianca is actively involved in the local legal community. She serves on the board of the Filipino Lawyers of Washington and is a Trustee on the Board of the King County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Division. During law school, Bianca interned with Washington Lawyers for the Arts and served as an extern at Sub Pop Records. She joins the legal profession with over ten years of experience working in hospitality and live events.
