Overview

RHONDA HELPS CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR FINANCING GOALS.

Rhonda’s practice focuses on assisting issuers, borrowers, and underwriters in public finance transactions of all sizes. As bond counsel, Rhonda helps municipalities, non-profits and other entities meet their financing goals for health care facilities, multifamily housing or senior living facilities, tax-exempt manufacturing projects, and governmental projects including transportation projects, streets, sewers, and capital improvement projects. Rhonda has also served extensively as underwriter’s counsel for projects through-out the country, including charter schools, senior living facilities, detention facilities, hospital and health care facilities, and recreational facilities. Rhonda has served as public finance attorney since 2008, and previously was a shareholder at Kennedy & Graven, Chartered. Prior to practicing law, Rhonda worked in the non-profit industry as a development director and program coordinator.
