Greta assists her clients in achieving their goals through high-stakes corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements involving the development, ownership, and licensing of intellectual property.
As a member of Dorsey’s Technology Commerce Group, Greta’s practice ranges from working with clients on general day-to-day commercial transactions to high-stakes intellectual property and licensing agreements. Primarily, Greta drafts and negotiates complex agreements that involve the development, commercialization, licensing, and use of software, technology, and other intellectual property assets. A core part of Greta’s practice includes assisting clients with their licensing needs for cloud-based products and Software as a Service (SaaS). Her work spans numerous industries including manufacturing, medical technology, social media, academia, agribusiness, and travel technologies. Greta also has experience with other general corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and reorganizations, securities offerings, and general corporate counseling.

- Represents both vendors and customers in connection with software-as-a-service (SaaS) transactions, including agreements involving software licensing, service levels, data rights, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafts and negotiates implementation services, professional services, and consulting agreements governing the deployment, customization, integration, and support of technology solutions.
- Counsel clients on software development, product development, and collaboration agreements, including arrangements involving intellectual property ownership, licensing, commercialization rights, and ongoing development obligations.
- Advises companies on sponsored research agreements, including agreements involving research institutions and private organizations in the hospitality and technology industries.
- Drafts and negotiates supply and procurement agreements for the purchase and sale of goods, including transactions involving solar panel manufacturing and distribution, with a focus on supply assurance, quality requirements, and risk allocation.
- Represents manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the negotiation of distribution, reseller, and channel partner agreements, including arrangements for consumer products and software solutions.
- Advises clients on strategic referral agreements designed to facilitate commercial collaboration, lead generation, and joint business opportunities.
- Drafts and negotiates services agreements across a variety of industries, addressing performance standards, intellectual property rights, indemnification, limitations of liability, and other key commercial terms.
- Advises businesses on e-commerce terms and online contracting frameworks, including website terms of use, platform terms, and related customer-facing terms.
- Provides practical legal and business advice on a broad range of complex commercial contracts, helping clients manage legal risk while supporting operational and strategic objectives.
