Dak is a seasoned advocate who blends courtroom experience with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. Before entering private practice, he served as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate, advising senior military leaders on national security law, federal regulatory compliance, and serving as a prosecutor for serious criminal offenses. Today, Dak applies that same precision and grit to civil and commercial litigation. Dak serves various industries, protecting client’s interests with integrity, anticipating challenges before they arise, and advocating for clients with confidence and composure.
