JENNIFER HELPS STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, HOSPITALS, CHARTER SCHOOLS AND OTHER NONPROFITS RAISE MONEY THROUGH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DEBT PLACEMENTS.
Jennifer has practiced in public finance at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since 2002. In addition to serving as bond counsel for over 75 local government clients in the upper Midwest, Jennifer has served as regular bond counsel for major midwestern health care systems and as underwriter's or special tax counsel in charter school financings nationwide. Jennifer also works with a variety of smaller nonprofit clients; housing providers and Statewide issuers of private activity bonds.
