Overview
Hailee is dedicated to assisting clients navigate the challenges that arise during all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts.
Hailee’s experience, among other things, includes commercial disputes involving contracts, real estate, torts, and trade secret misappropriation. She also has experience representing clients in employment law matters and creditor’s rights disputes.
Hailee is also actively involved in her local community and is committed to devoting her time to pro bono matters, including CASA cases.
Experience
- Represented individuals and businesses of all sizes and industries in complex, multi-jurisdictional, civil disputes.
- Drafted numerous successful motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, including on complex factual and jurisdictional issues, that led to dismissal of all claims before trial.
- Successfully defended businesses against various claims including but not limited to fraud, tortious interference with contract, civil conspiracy, negligence, and unjust enrichment claims.
