Partner Abby Fang has been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2024 Fellows Program. Associates Briana Al Taqatqa and Melonie Jordan have been selected for the 2024 LCLD Pathfinder Program.

The LCLD is an organization comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a diverse U.S. legal profession.

The LCLD Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys with General Counsel and Managing Partners from preeminent organizations for a yearlong, multi-tiered professional development series. The program offers unique value to leadership-oriented, mid-career attorneys with exclusive opportunities to network with and learn from the top leaders in the legal field.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is for high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of the program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

“This is a valuable opportunity for Fellows to expand their leadership skills and for Pathfinders to grow their professional networks,” said Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney, Bill Stoeri. “Congratulations to Abby, Briana, and Melonie for being selected to these impressive LCLD programs. We look forward to their continued success.”

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity was founded in 2009 to build a legal profession as diverse and dynamic as the country it serves. For information, visit www.lcld.com.
