International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it has added a trio of experienced trial attorneys to the Firm’s Salt Lake City office. Bryon Benevento, Dan Larsen and Kimberly Neville have joined the Trial group in the Salt Lake office as Partners. All three had previously been partners with Snell & Wilmer LLP.
Mr. Benevento’s practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and products liability defense. He currently serves as national counsel for clients in the automotive and healthcare sectors. He is licensed in the states of Utah and Washington, and has tried cases to jury verdict in Utah, California, Idaho and Texas.
Mr. Larsen’s practice focuses in the areas of product liability defense, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and government law. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including automotive, motorcycle, mobile equipment and pharmaceutical. Prior to his work in private practice, he spent 17 years in the office of the Attorney General of the State of Utah where he defended a wide variety of lawsuits against the state, school districts and their employees.
Ms. Neville’s practice is focused in the areas of product liability, healthcare and commercial litigation. She has represented manufacturers and suppliers of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dietary supplements and automobiles in product liability, false advertising and trademark infringement litigation.
