This webinar will discuss best practices to navigate and comply with the COVID-19 “vaccination or testing” rule and other requirements of OSHA’s emergency temporary standard (“ETS”) applicable to employers with 100 or more employees. Our panel will take a practical approach to addressing some of the thorniest challenges for employers implementing the new requirements – some of which take effect on December 5, 2021. Topics covered will include responding to requests for religious or disability accommodations, properly handling employee vaccine and testing information, handling wage and hour issues associated with employee testing, ETS compliance with a unionized workforce, and addressing cost and health-plan coverage issues associated with weekly testing.

*In upcoming weeks, Dorsey will have a separate webinar addressing compliance with the new CMS mandatory vaccination requirement for healthcare employers receiving Medicaid or Medicare funding.
