GRETA ASSISTS HER CLIENTS WITH COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS INVOLVING TECHNOLOGY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND HELPS THEM ACHIEVE THEIR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES THROUGH A VARIETY OF CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS.
As an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate group, Greta’s practice ranges from working with clients on general day-to-day corporate matters to assisting clients with high-stakes transactions. Primarily, Greta assists with drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex agreements that involve the development, commercialization, licensing, and use of software, technology and other intellectual property assets. A core part of Greta's practice includes assisting clients with their licensing needs for Software as a Service (SaaS). Greta also has experience with other corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and reorganizations, securities offerings, and general corporate counseling.
