Jane focuses her practice on assisting developers, investment funds, institutional investors, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of diverse real estate assets.
In addition to these core services, Jane has significant experience supporting transactions within the data center sector and various healthcare-related real estate matters. Jane also draws on her background in private equity M&A, fund formation, and general corporate governance to provide comprehensive service to clients with multi-faceted transactional needs.
