Patricia A. Scallon

As a Senior Attorney in the firm’s public finance group, Patty serves as bond counsel, lender’s counsel and disclosure counsel for revenue, general obligation and private activity bond financings for 501(c)(3) organizations, public and private health care facilities, private colleges and universities, municipalities and community colleges. She regularly counsels governmental entities, conduit borrowers, lenders, underwriters and other municipal market participants on matters related to municipal bond finance.

Her work includes analyzing state law and federal tax and securities laws, preparing issuer proceedings and resolutions, drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence and drafting bond offering documents, all as necessary to assist her clients with achieving their goals and successfully closing financing transactions on their behalf.
