Overview
Michelle strives to provide practical advice to employers to mitigate risk, navigate employment challenges. She has experience handling employment claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Occupational and Safety and Health (“OSHA”) railroad whistleblower claims, and other statutory frameworks. Michelle also helps interstate clients comply with an ever-growing patchwork of state employment regulations.
Michelle is a skilled legal researcher and writer, successfully drawing on nearly ten years’ experience as an in-house paralegal in the transportation industry, where she learned about complex labor, employment, and commercial litigation issues.
