  • Not and others v Jaguar Land Rover Ltd and other companies: Acting for Jaguar Land Rover in a high-profile group litigation order claim for breach of contract in the aftermath of “dieselgate”.
  • Acting for a Middle Eastern oil and gas company in a high value ICC Arbitration.
  • Acting for a family group of shareholders in respect of a breach of director’s duties claim.
  • Acting for Jaguar Land Rover in litigation against INEOS in several jurisdictions to protect the trademark of the Land Rover Defender.
