- Not and others v Jaguar Land Rover Ltd and other companies: Acting for Jaguar Land Rover in a high-profile group litigation order claim for breach of contract in the aftermath of “dieselgate”.
- Acting for a Middle Eastern oil and gas company in a high value ICC Arbitration.
- Acting for a family group of shareholders in respect of a breach of director’s duties claim.
- Acting for Jaguar Land Rover in litigation against INEOS in several jurisdictions to protect the trademark of the Land Rover Defender.
- Mayer Cars and Trucks Ltd v Jaguar Land Rover Ltd: Acting for Jaguar Land Rover in an unlawful means conspiracy, unjust enrichment, and breach of contract claim.
- Acting for a Swiss company in successfully bringing a worldwide freezing injunction (Mareva injunction) and tracing orders against various frauds, including knowing receipt and dishonest assistance.
