Overview

MIKE ADVISES CLIENTS ON COMPLEX MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS AND SPECIALIZES IN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INSURANCE.
As head of the firm’s Transactional Risk Insurance group, Mike’s practice focuses primarily on representing underwriters in issuing representations and warranties insurance policies, as well as representing both buyers and sellers in private equity, cross-border, and domestic mergers and acquisitions across a wide array of industries, including technology, chemicals, manufacturing, mining, auto rental, distribution and service. He also assists clients’ in general Delaware corporate and alternative entity matters and counsels U.S. non-profit entities on incorporation, governance and operations.
