AS AN ASSOCIATE IN DORSEY’S CORPORATE GROUP, HANNAH ASSISTS CLIENTS ACROSS A VARIETY OF INDUSTRIES IN ACHIEVING THEIR FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS GOALS.
Hannah supports public and private companies, including cooperatives, in their corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, emerging company structuring, securities offerings, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Hannah served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and pursued a Masters of International Public Affairs concurrently with her law degree. During law school, she represented victims of intimate partner violence before, during and after their injunction hearings, and worked at a nonprofit law firm serving the Madison, Wisconsin area.
