Rachel Benedict, a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, represents buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions, including asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, and joint ventures. Rachel also advises clients on a range of corporate governance, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters.

Cate Heaven Young, also a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, represents public and private companies in complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Cate also advises clients on business formation, strategic planning, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters.

Matt Ralph, a Partner in the Commercial Litigation group, is also the Co-Chair of Dorsey’s Antitrust Practice Group. He specializes in antitrust, competition law, and other complex litigation. He has represented companies on antitrust litigation matters involving the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, government investigations, vertical restraints, monopolization and more.

Bob Rosenbaum, a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, helps clients, both publicly and privately held, achieve their strategic business goals through mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters, public company disclosures, SEC compliance and executive compensation.
