RACHEL HELPS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COMPANY CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES THROUGH A VARIETY OF CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS, CORPORATE REORGANIZATIONS, DEBT AND EQUITY FINANCINGS, AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS.
Rachel's mergers and acquisitions experience includes representing both buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions, including divestitures, asset purchases, stock purchases and mergers. Rachel also advises clients on a range of corporate governance, equity incentive compensation, commercial contracting and general corporate matters, and provides pro bono legal services to several local nonprofit companies. She has worked on complex transactions in various industries, including health, technology, agriculture and energy.
