Overview

Randall is an associate in Dorsey’s Health Transactions and Regulations practice group.

Within this group, Randall advises health care clients in a number of regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters. He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts for health care providers, device companies, and software companies. He also supports corporate transactions and ensures compliance with all licensing needs. 

In addition, Randall aids clients in every step of gaining tax-exempt status and advises on digital health concerns.
