International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP represented the Fulum Group, a well-known Chinese cuisine restaurant chain, in its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchange. The IPO raised HK$449.7 million in an oversubscribed IPO at HK$1.55 per share.

The Dorsey Hong Kong team was led by Partners Simon Chan and Kenneth Kwok and with support from Associates Candy Pang and Alan Lee.
