Our roots are deep. Our group was formed by forward-thinking lawyers in 1974 shortly after ERISA was signed, and we drafted some of the first tax-qualified profit sharing 401(k) plans in the country. And we’ve been at it ever since—advising employers large and small on how to navigate the increasingly complex and regulated employee benefits field. Today, that includes HIPAA, health care, privacy and executive compensation in addition to traditional tax-qualified retirement and pension plans.
