Overview
Trevor assists public and private clients execute their enterprise strategies through a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other corporate governance matters.
As an associate in Dorsey’s corporate group, Trevor works on strategic and private equity transactions, representing both buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of different industries.
After graduating law school, Trevor was a corporate associate at a global law firm and worked on complex mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters. Prior to joining Dorsey, Trevor also worked at another Minneapolis-based law firm as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group.
