Natasha advises a variety of clients on a wide range of corporate finance and restructuring matters, including syndicated and bilateral financings, structured finance, private debt, private placements, corporate trust, defaults and workouts, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy disputes and merchant card processing matters.

- Advised sellers in various structured finance transactions requiring bankruptcy legal opinions such as true sale, non-consolidation, and authority to file opinions
