Overview
Marcie’s practice spans commercial, industrial, and master-planned community projects, where she structures, negotiates, and documents transactions ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to large-scale development initiatives. Her experience includes purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, land banking and option structures, utility infrastructure arrangements, finished lot sales, CC&Rs, easements, ground leases, commercial leases, condominium documents, and sale-leaseback transactions. She regularly advises on the real estate components of M&A and financing transactions and pairs her real estate experience with a strong corporate background in joint ventures, entity organization, operating agreements, government contracts, compliance matters, and audit responses.
