Marcie’s real estate experience focuses on multi-phase transactions that create new master planned communities and commercial hubs for Arizonans to live and thrive. Marcie drafts sale and development agreements, landbanking and option agreements, utility line extensions, finished lot sales, CC&Rs, easements, leases, public reports and all other instruments required for a successful project. Her corporate practice dovetails nicely with experience in joint ventures, entity organization, operating agreements, independent service contracts, compliance and audit letters. She also regularly negotiates and drafts government service agreements on behalf of non-profits.
