Michele is a Certified Paralegal in Dorsey’s Anchorage office. She has over 25 years of experience in the Alaska legal market, providing key support in a broad range of areas. Her primary focus is business transactional work involving the organization of corporations and limited liability companies, corporate maintenance work, and the review and preparation of transactional documents in conjunction with the purchase and sale of company assets or stock. She also regularly assists in complex bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations, and in civil and criminal litigation.
