Overview
JON HELPS COMPANIES PROTECT THEIR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THROUGH PATENT DRAFTING, STRATEGY, AND PROSECUTION.
Through Jon’s patent practice, he has worked closely with business ranging from small startups to worldwide corporations, preparing and successfully prosecuting patents in the mechanical, software, medical devices, materials, and life sciences disciplines. He also has experience preparing claims for international filings, meetings with clients to discuss invention disclosures, conducting patent searches, conducting examiner interviews, and rendering patentability and infringement opinions.
