Anne-Grace’s practice includes all aspects trial work in cases involving contract disputes, fraud, business torts, trademark infringement, insurance claims, healthcare, antitrust, products liability, and other matters.
Anne-Grace has significant experience representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. She brings meaningful courtroom experience, including taking depositions, preparing and arguing pretrial motions, examining witnesses at trial, and obtaining favorable jury verdicts for clients.
Recognized as a 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree and serving as one of Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law’s head mock trial coaches, she reflects a deep commitment to client advocacy and community service.
Experience
- Secured favorable jury verdict for defense client on a disputed liability personal injury case during a four-day civil jury trial. *
- Won our client’s motion for summary judgment on an undecided Arizona water law issue culminating in a favorable ruling from the Arizona Court of Appeals which upheld the motion for summary judgment,1 CA-CV 22-0677 (Ariz. Ct. App. Aug. 24, 2023). *
