Overview

With more than 20 years of experience in the areas of electronic discovery and ESI issues, complex civil litigation, and trial, Vicki works on many different cases involving products liability, government contracting, construction defect, labor and employment, and educational funding.

Vicki assists legal teams in the development of discovery issues and strategies related to electronic discovery management, including identification, preservation and collection of electronic data, budget analysis and vendor evaluation, and coordination of review and production of electronically stored information. Vicki also assists legal teams in all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit and witness preparation, presentation of exhibits at trial using trial director, and management of trial logistics.

Vicki previously worked for the King County Prosecutor's Office, the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and Foster Pepper PLLC, as well as the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Bowman and Brooke LLP, for clients such as Amazon.com, Ford, Toyota, U-Haul, and Expedia. She was instrumental in providing a plaintiffs victory in McCleary v. State of Washington while leading the discovery, document management, and trial coordination efforts at Foster Pepper PLLC.
