Kristiana advises clients on buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, venture capital financings, debt financings, entity formation and structuring, corporate governance, securities law compliance, and other strategic business transactions. She regularly serves as lead transaction counsel, guiding clients through all phases of a deal, from due diligence and negotiation through closing, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. She also advises boards of directors, founders, and executive leadership on governance matters, fiduciary duties, and day-to-day corporate issues.
Known for her practical and responsive approach, Kristiana works closely with emerging growth companies, established businesses, and strategic acquirers across a broad range of industries. She helps clients navigate complex legal and commercial issues while keeping transactions moving efficiently toward successful outcomes.
Before joining Dorsey, Kristiana practiced corporate law at an Am Law 100 firm. She also worked in the energy industry for a petroleum company in Austin, Texas, where she negotiated land use agreements, managed natural resource rights, advised on regulatory compliance, and conducted complex title research.
