Overview

As an associate in Dorsey’s trial group, Kristina is passionate about helping clients through all stages of the litigation process.

In her time at Dorsey & Whitney, Kristina has developed a wide practice – working in complex-commercial litigation, construction disputes, intellectual property matters, and antitrust litigation. She has worked at various stages of the litigation process, including document production, preliminary injunction motions, and summary judgment.

Beyond her legal practice, Kristina maintains an active pro bono practice. She has worked to help protect reproductive rights and protestor’s rights to free speech. Kristina is an active member of the legal community, serving on the Colorado Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Committee and frequently volunteering with the University of Colorado Law School’s mock trial programs.

Kristina holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado, where she was on the Executive Board for Mock Trial and a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal. Kristina also holds a Master’s in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Kansas.
