Overview

Jensen helps clients resolve complex environmental issues, including those involving permitting and litigation.
Jensen has spent his entire life in the West, having grown up in central Washington, attended college at the University of Montana, and law school at the University of Utah. Through two federal clerkships—one in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the other in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit—he has gained experience with each major federal environmental statute, as well as in all manner of other types of litigation, ranging from business disputes to constitutional issues. These experiences give Jensen a deep understanding of both substantive and procedural issues that his clients may face.
