Overview

As an Immigration paralegal in the Labor & Employment group, Molly supports immigration attorneys in preparing various non-immigrant and immigrant filings.
Molly works closely with employers and foreign nationals to gather background information and draft, assemble, and file non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Molly’s experience has focused on Employment Based Second Preference (EB-2) and Third Preference (EB-3) immigrant visa petitions. She also has experience with J-1 Visa Conrad Waivers.

Representative Experience

NONIMMIGRANT VISAS: Nonimmigrant visa petitions, including drafting, assembling, and filing for: H and L nonimmigrant visas.

VISA WAIVERS: coordination, assembling and submittal of J-1 Visa Conrad Waivers.

IMMIGRANT VISAS: Employment-Based immigrant visa petitions including: EB-2 Advanced Degree, EB-2 Exceptional Ability, EB-3 Professional, and EB-3 Skilled Worker. Emphasis on beginning to end processing of PERM Labor Certifications, including job description and drafting; ETA Form 9141 Prevailing Wage Requests; experience verification letter drafting and coordination; recruitment drafting and coordination; and ETA Form 9089 drafting and submittal.
