As an associate in Dorsey’s corporate group, Jake assists Canadian and other non-U.S. clients in accessing U.S. capital markets and ongoing compliance and reporting obligations. He also guides clients through mergers and acquisitions, complex SEC requirements and listing standards on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and NYSE American and helps them to employ best practices in corporate governance, compliance, and disclosure.
