Overview

Noor advises clients on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters with pragmatism and trial-tested grit.

Noor is a litigation associate in Dorsey & Whitney’s Chicago office, where she represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes at every stage of litigation.

Collaborative, strategic, and steady, Noor crafts clear, persuasive arguments grounded in rigorous legal analysis and offers litigation solutions that align with her clients’ business needs. She draws on her experience as a federal judicial law clerk at both the trial and appellate court levels to anticipate how courts approach complex factual and legal issues and to position clients for success.

Before joining Dorsey, Noor trained as a trial lawyer at a premier litigation boutique firm specializing in high-stakes trials and bet-the-company disputes. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was elected Editor-in-Chief of the California Law Review, and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Beyond her practice, Noor is an active community leader. She co-founded the Muslim Judicial Law Clerkships Network, serves on the Board of Directors of the Berkeley Law Alumni Association, and volunteers with the Northwestern University Alumni Admission Council.
