Tyler Griffin

Tyler advises clients on a multitude of issues including compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), state securities bureaus, and self-regulatory organizations. She also assists private and public companies in raising capital to accomplish their strategic objectives. Tyler has helped Dorsey clients close deals across a broad range of industries, with a particular expertise in health care and bio-pharmaceutical companies. Her understanding of public company reporting obligations gives her a global view of the complex legal requirements relevant to capital raising and other strategic transactions and post-transaction integration efforts. 

Public Companies
Tyler advises public companies on their governance processes and compliance obligations under federal and state law, including SEC requirements and “blue sky” laws. She also provides U.S. legal advice to Canadian and other foreign issuers in connection with NASDAQ and NYSE listings, private and public securities offerings, business combinations, and general corporate matters related to United States business expansion.

Capital Markets
Tyler assists issuers in public and private debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, confidentially marketed public offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, bought deals, and at-the-market (ATM) offering programs.
