Overview
Sina is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build, grow, and scale innovative companies. He represents startups, emerging growth companies, and investors in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including company formation venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general outside counsel services.
Drawing on both his legal practice and prior experience working within startup environments, Sina understands the unique opportunities and challenges founders face and provides pragmatic, strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex legal issues, manage risk, and execute transactions efficiently.
He values building long-term relationships with clients and servicing as a trusted advisor through every stage of a company’s growth and development.
