Krista Bolles

Krista is an experienced employment lawyer and commercial litigator. She represents clients in high-stakes employment disputes and counsels clients on a full range of employment issues, including executive employment agreements, workplace accommodations, hiring, discharge, and compliance with the ever-changing landscape of New York employment law. Krista helps businesses develop effective workplace strategies and strong policies to manage employment risks, and skillfully advocates for clients when litigation ensues. Additionally, Krista advises executives in the financial services industry and elsewhere on employment matters. 

Krista is also a skilled commercial litigator. She litigates complex commercial disputes on behalf of clients from diverse industries. She handles all types of cases, from fraud to defamation, breach of contract, and complex anti-terrorism statutes. She represents clients in the U.S. and abroad in state and federal court, private arbitration, and before administrative agencies.

Throughout her career, Krista has devoted considerable time to pro bono work. She has represented individuals in civil rights and consumer fraud litigation and counseled non-profit organizations on employment matters.
