Based in New York, she represents a broad array of corporate and individual clients in high-stakes matters spanning healthcare litigation, financial services litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, litigation of intellectual property disputes, white collar criminal defense, and food and beverage labeling claims.
Liz brings deep experience defending clients at the intersection of regulatory scrutiny and courtroom advocacy — from federal enforcement actions to commercial disputes and IP conflicts. Her cross-industry background allows her to provide strategic, results-oriented counsel to clients navigating complex legal and regulatory environments in New York and beyond.

Representative Experience
- Represents and advises corporate clients in federal and state government investigations.
- Represents large food and beverage clients in putative class actions.
- Represented a financial services firm in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against claims of sex discrimination in pay and promotions by two former sales directors.
- Represented EPC contractor in arbitration concerning a 700-megawatt (net) supercritical coal fired electric generation plant with claims in excess of $900 million.
- Represented Enclos Corporation, a major curtain wall contractor, in the Bronx Criminal Courthouse litigation in SDNY in which the owner relinquished its $120 million dollar claim and agreed to a positive settlement for Enclos.
- Represented major lenders in dozens of actions alleging predatory lending and violations of state and federal consumer protection laws; obtained dismissal of predatory lending, fraud and unfair business practices claims against major lender.
- Represented health insurer and obtained dismissal of putative class action alleging violations of the Affordable Care Act and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. New York State Psychiatric Association v. UnitedHealth Group, 2013 WL 5878897 (S.D.N.Y. October 31, 2013).
