International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it has received International Financial Law Review’s (IFLR) 2021 Americas Award for High Yield Deal of the Year: Delta Air Lines senior secured notes.
The IFLR Americas Awards 2021 celebrates the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2020. IFLR editors considered multi-jurisdictional transactions that broke new legal ground, introduced novel structures and instruments, redefined regulatory frameworks, and set useful precedents for cross-border deal making.
