The Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Minnesota has named Dorsey Associate Bri Whiting to the 2026 Rising Stars class. This program brings together a cross-section of the state’s emerging deal professionals including investment bankers, private equity investors, attorneys, capital providers, and other M&A service providers.
Bri focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. She represents both buyers and sellers in strategic transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, and manufacturing. Bri also advises start-up companies and cooperatives on formation, governance, and financing matters.
The 2026 Rising Stars class consists of 25 professionals selected from a highly competitive pool of nominees. Participants will engage in a dynamic series of professional development sessions aimed at building skills, expanding networks, and driving future growth. The program is a key initiative in ACG Minnesota’s commitment to fostering leadership and innovation within the M&A community.
